The Sustainable Energy Development Authority Malaysia is a statutory body formed under the Sustainable Energy Development Authority Act 2011 which makes Brilliant Solar eligible for TIF, NEM, and other programmes under SEDA.
Effective on 1st January 2019, SEDA Malaysia announce the
Net Energy Metering
(NEM)
will be improved by adopting the true net energy metering concept and this
will allow excess solar PV generated energy to be exported back to the grid on a
“one-on-one” offset basis. With the scheme, it will improve the return of investment
of solar PV system and effectively to hedge against fluctuation or increase in
electricity tariff in the future.

Allowance (CA), Investment Tax Allowance (ITA) & Income Tax Exemption (ITE) that
government is committed to reduce carbon emission by 45% by 2030.
